Shi-shi-eitko

Because Orange Shirt Day is on Monday we decided to read a book called She-shi-eitko. This book is about a little girl who was getting ready to leave her family and her home to go to residential school. We talked about what this girl must be feeling and how hard it would be to leave your family. If you would like to read this story with your child, here is the youtube link.
