Halloween At School
Today the grade 1s and 2s did and learned so much! We read "The 13 Ghosts of Halloween" and created our own version in our visual journals. We were so creative and came up with phrases like "12 witches scaring" - LA and "11 pumpkins rolling" - SS. We also practiced visualization by listening to a poem and drawing what we visualized when we heard it. Again, the grade 1s and 2s showed their creativity and their ability to comprehend poems.
